Important: Account termination does not entitle you to a refund for any purchased courses or services, except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4. Payments and Refunds

All fees for our Services are stated in the currency indicated on the Site. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your enrollment in our courses.

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

4.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7-Day Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
  • Partial Refund: After 7 days but within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you have accessed less than 50% of the course content.
  • No Refund: No refunds will be provided after 30 days from purchase or if you have accessed more than 50% of the course content.
  • Certification Fees: Certification fees are non-refundable once the certification process has been initiated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video lectures, course materials, and software, is the property of DMC Business School or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5.1 License Grant

Upon enrollment in a course, DMC Business School grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content
  • Share your account credentials or course access with others
  • Use the content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials

6. User Conduct

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us to delete your account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
